1. Scope

The following general terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contractual agreements between Sahne&Kirsch and the respective customer. By purchasing products via the online shop, the customer expressly accepts the terms and conditions.

2. Liability

Sahne&Kirsch is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information or data found on this website. There are no rights and obligations between Sahne&Kirsch and the user of the website or third parties. 

 

3. Conclusion of Contract / Orders

​

The range of goods in our online shop is aimed exclusively at buyers who have reached the age of 18. The customer's order via the online shop or written request becomes contractually valid upon receipt of payment or after written confirmation by Sahne&Kirsch. Binding offers from Sahne&Kirsch remain valid for 10 working days, unless otherwise stated on the offer.

4. Prices

​

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT of 7%. The respective shipping costs, if any, are shown separately.

5. Contract content​

​

The content of the contract refers to the product offered or purchased by the customer. It is the customer's duty to inform us of any allergies that are relevant in connection with the desired product when ordering. The manufactured products may contain traces of milk, nuts and other non-vegetable products.

6. Payment

​

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card, PayPal, Apple Pay or bank transfers. No Cash.

 

Registration for workshops is only binding once the course fee has been paid in full. If you are unable to attend the appointment, the registration can be transferred to another person, this must be announced in advance by email. Registration can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the workshop date. Up to 2 weeks before the date, a fee of 30% will be retained. In the event of later cancellation, the registration fee cannot be refunded. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Sahne&Kirsch reserves the right to cancel the course, in which case the course fee will be refunded. No further compensation will be made.

In connection with the order/purchase of cakes and/or cupcakes for weddings, company celebrations or other major events, Sahne&Kirsch offers a special delivery and set-up service. This service must be discussed and scheduled with Sahne&Kirsch in advance. If the offer is accepted, 30% of the total amount is due immediately, after the deposit has been paid, the appointment is considered firmly booked. The remaining amount is due by collection/delivery and can be paid by bank transfer or EC card. If the event is canceled by the customer up to 30 calendar days before the event, 10% of the total amount (1/3 of the down payment) is due as a default payment. If the cancellation occurs within 30 calendar days before the event, 30% of the total amount (total deposit amount) will be retained.

7. Delivery

​

Sahne&Kirsch expressly does not offer delivery for cakes and cupcakes. All products purchased in the online shop must be collected from the address Eltersdorfer Str. 1F, 91058 Erlangen. Our biscuit products are shipped within Germany, Austria and Switzerland with DHL. The current shipping costs are shown separately. Sahne&Kirsch is not liable for damage to the goods that occurs after the risk has passed to the customer, the delivery service or the forwarding agent. 

 

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Sahne&Kirsch until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Right of Withdrawal

​

Perishable goods and groceries cannot be returned. Force majeure (e.g. the corona pandemic): If it is necessary to postpone an appointment due to a legal ban, e.g. a larger celebration, we are very accommodating and will be happy to go to a new appointment at no extra charge if there is capacity. If the event is generally permitted, a postponement is generally not possible or involves administrative costs, which are usually at least 10%. Please get in direct contact with Sahne&Kirsch as soon as possible.

 

For other goods, the customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which he or a third party named by him who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. Consequences of revocation

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments made by the customer in the same way. We can refuse the repayment in case of a pending return of the goods. The goods must be returned to us within fourteen days from the day we received the revocation. The customer bears the direct return costs.

The content and works created by Sahne&Kirsch on these pages and all social networks are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any other type of use requires the written consent of Sahne&Kirsch. All information or data, their use and all actions related to the Sahne&Kirsch website are exclusively subject to German law. International law is expressly excluded and is not recognized by Sahne&Kirsch. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the author, the copyrights of third parties are observed.
