1. Order

All orders (online shop or mail) are completed with a lead time of 2 days.

This means same day pickups are not available.

2. Shipping

​

Our biscuits & cookies are sent within Germany, Austria and Switzerland via DHL. 

The current shipping costs are shown separately.

3. Collection

​

Sahne&Kirsch offers for cakes and Cupcakes  no shipping.

This means that all products ordered in the online shop or by e-mail must be picked up at our business address. Our business address is: Atelier (no shop), Eltersdorfer Strasse 1F, 91058 Erlangen. 

You can specify the pick-up times when placing your order in our online shop.

4. Special Services

​

In connection with the order/purchase of cakes and/or cupcakes and/or biscuits/cookies for weddings, company celebrations or other major events, Sahne&Kirsch offers a special delivery and set-up service. This service must be discussed and scheduled with Sahne&Kirsch in advance, after which you will receive an offer. If the offer is accepted, 30% of the total amount is due immediately, after the deposit has been paid, the appointment is considered firmly booked. The balance is due by collection/delivery and canby Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card, PayPal, Apple Pay or by bank transfer (no cash) are paid. We accept no Cash.
